1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between you ("Player," "Member," or "User") and 7win63 ("we," "us," "our," or "the Platform") in connection with your use of the 7win63 website and all related services available at 7win63.app. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and 7win63.

By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or accessing any feature of 7win63, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms in full — including any documents incorporated by reference, such as our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy. 2. Eligibility

• You must not be using the platform on behalf of a third party. All accounts on 7win63 must represent a real, individual Philippine resident acting solely for their own account.

7win63 reserves the right to require documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts where age or identity cannot be confirmed will be suspended pending verification. Any winnings accrued on an account that is subsequently found to be ineligible may be forfeited.

3. Account Registration and Security

Each person is permitted to hold only one (1) account on 7win63. Opening multiple accounts, whether in your own name or using different names, email addresses, or mobile numbers, is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all balances and pending bonuses.

Providing Accurate Information

When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued ID, your mobile number (which must be a Philippine mobile number registered in your name), and a valid email address. Providing false information during registration is grounds for immediate account termination.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 7win63 account credentials — your username and password. You must not share these with any third party. 7win63 will never ask you for your password over email, SMS, or chat. Any activity conducted through your account using your correct credentials will be treated as authorized by you, regardless of whether you personally performed the action.

If you suspect unauthorized access to your 7win63 account, you must notify our support team immediately at support@7win63.app. We will assist with securing your account, but 7win63 cannot be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access that you failed to report promptly.

KYC Verification

7win63 is required by PAGCOR regulations to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. You may be asked to submit a government-issued photo ID (passport, driver's license, or PhilSys national ID), a selfie with your ID, and proof of your payment method. Failure to complete KYC within the requested timeframe may result in withdrawal holds until verification is completed.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 7win63 are conducted in Philippine Pesos (₱). We do not accept foreign currency deposits and do not process withdrawals in any currency other than PHP.

Deposits

7win63 accepts deposits via GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet bank transfers, BDO, BPI, UnionBank online banking, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are credited to your 7win63 account immediately upon confirmed receipt from your payment provider, except in rare cases where a payment provider experiences processing delays.

You may only deposit funds from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including accounts registered to friends, family members, or employers — are not permitted and will trigger a compliance review that may result in account suspension.

Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount on 7win63 is ₱200. Withdrawals are processed back to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where possible, in line with anti-money laundering (AML) requirements. GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically completed within 15 minutes for verified accounts. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one (1) banking business day.

7win63 processes withdrawal requests in the order they are received. Before requesting a withdrawal, your account must have completed KYC verification. 7win63 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on withdrawals above ₱50,000 in a single request or ₱200,000 cumulative within a calendar month.

5. Betting Rules

All bets placed on 7win63 are subject to the following general rules. Sport-specific and market-specific rules are available within the sportsbook interface and form part of these Terms by reference.

Bet Placement

A bet is only valid once it has been accepted and confirmed by 7win63's system, and a unique bet reference number has been issued. Until a bet reference number is displayed in your account, the bet is not confirmed and should not be assumed to be active. The minimum bet amount across most markets on 7win63 is ₱50. Maximum bet amounts vary by market and are displayed in the bet slip before confirmation.

Odds and Changes

Odds displayed on 7win63 are correct at the time of display but may change before your bet is confirmed. This is particularly true for live in-play markets, where odds can shift within seconds. The odds shown at the time your bet is accepted and confirmed are the odds that will apply — not odds displayed before or after that moment. 7win63 uses a bet slip confirmation step to ensure you always see the final accepted odds before committing your stake.

Palpable Errors

If a bet is placed at odds that are clearly erroneous — for example, odds of 50.00 on a heavy favorite due to a data or typographical error — 7win63 reserves the right to void that bet and refund the stake. 7win63 will make reasonable efforts to identify and communicate any such void decisions promptly.

Bet Settlement

Bets are settled according to the official result of the relevant event as declared by the sport's governing body or official broadcaster. In the case of a disputed result, settlement may be delayed until the official outcome is confirmed. 7win63's trading team has final discretion on bet settlement in edge cases not covered by standard rules, and decisions made in good faith are final.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

7win63 offers various bonuses and promotional offers from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, weekly cashback, and special event promotions. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, plus any specific terms attached to each individual offer:

• Bonuses are available to one eligible account per household, per device, and per IP address. Abuse of bonus offers through multiple accounts, coordinated wagering, or other manipulation is strictly prohibited.

• Using any software, system, or process designed to gain an unfair advantage, including but not limited to bots, arbitrage systems, or automated betting programs
• Collusion with other players or platform employees to manipulate outcomes
• Match fixing, spot fixing, or any participation in the corruption of sporting events
• Using stolen, borrowed, or fraudulently obtained payment methods to fund your 7win63 account
• Depositing funds for any purpose other than genuine participation in 7win63 games and betting markets (including any use of 7win63 for money laundering)
• Providing false information during registration, KYC, or any communications with 7win63 staff
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 7win63 staff or other players through any communication channel
• Attempting to access areas of the platform you are not authorized to access

8. Privacy and Data Protection

7win63 collects, stores, and processes personal data from its members in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) of the Philippines and our Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy. Data collected by 7win63 includes registration information, transaction history, bet history, device identifiers, and communication records. 9. Responsible Gaming

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your account. Once set, a reduction in limits takes effect immediately; an increase requires a 24-hour cooling-off period.

10. Account Suspension and Termination

7win63 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any of these Terms and Conditions
• Inability to verify your identity or age
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, criminal, or abusive behavior
• Reasonable suspicion of collusion, match fixing, or money laundering
• At your own request (voluntary self-exclusion or account closure)
• Receipt of a court order, regulatory instruction, or law enforcement directive requiring account closure

On account closure, any remaining balance (after deduction of any bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirements, and any amounts subject to an active investigation) will be returned to you via your registered payment method. Account closure for confirmed Terms violations may result in forfeiture of the entire balance.

You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting 7win63 support. Pending bets at the time of a voluntary closure request will be settled normally, and confirmed winnings will be paid out.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, 7win63 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profit, loss of business, or indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of 7win63, even if we were advised of the possibility of such losses
• Losses arising from technical failures, server downtime, internet connectivity issues, or factors outside 7win63's reasonable control
• Losses arising from your reliance on any information, odds, statistics, or commentary displayed on the platform that turns out to be incorrect
• Any delay in processing a bet, deposit, or withdrawal caused by third-party payment providers, banking systems, or regulatory holds

7win63 is not liable for gambling losses incurred through normal use of the platform. Gambling involves risk and all players accept that risk when placing bets. 7win63 provides a fair, regulated platform — but cannot guarantee betting outcomes for any player.

12. Changes to These Terms

7win63 may revise these Terms and Conditions at any time to reflect changes in our services, applicable laws, PAGCOR regulations, or business practices. 13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. 7win63 operates under a license issued by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) and is subject to PAGCOR's regulatory framework and oversight.

In the event of a dispute between you and 7win63 that cannot be resolved through our customer support process, the dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines. Before commencing any formal legal proceeding, you agree to contact 7win63 in good faith and allow us a reasonable period (not less than 30 days) to attempt to resolve the dispute informally.

PAGCOR provides a regulatory channel for unresolved disputes between licensed operators and players. If you have a complaint that 7win63 has been unable to resolve to your satisfaction, you may file a formal complaint with PAGCOR through their official channels.
